I had a lovely stay at the Hard Days Night Hotel, enjoying the unique Beatles-themed atmosphere. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Liverpool, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the service could improve, as the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, especially for Beatles fans.

The room I stayed in had an amazing theme and included some nice automated features. However, I did notice that the beds were just two singles pushed together, which created a noticeable height difference, though they were comfortable overall.
Service

While the staff was generally friendly, I noticed they were often spread thin. I had some difficulty getting responses when I called reception.

The hotel offers a range of amenities such as housekeeping and ticket assistance, but I wish there was more information about what services were provided without needing to ask.

I recently stayed at the Hard Days Night Hotel and had a pretty good time overall. My room was spacious and well-kept, featuring a comfy bed and nice views. However, I did notice some issues like toenail clippings on the floor and the noisy surroundings when I was initially placed in room 402. After switching to a higher floor, it was much better! The location is spot on for exploring the city, but the bar can get a bit rowdy with outside guests.

I recently had a short break at the Hard Days Night Hotel, which was a mix of highs and lows. The location is excellent—just around the corner from Matthew Street and the Cavern—and I loved the Beatles-themed decor. However, I faced some issues with service and room maintenance that impacted my overall experience. Despite these setbacks, I found the stay nice, especially due to the friendly staff and the vibrant atmosphere.
